106 stated out as a large retail unit that was split into 6 small start up shops, Profinish were tasked with the job of spray painting of all the wood work, (skirting boards, door frames and doors,) Also the aluminium windows and main door,

Dulux Satinwood for the wood work using the GRACO ULTRA MAX Handheld sprayer

Lechler 2K paint For the main external window frame and main entrance doors using the HVLP System

STEEL STAIRCASE

This staircase came to site in 3 pieces, once it was installed and welded together we took on the the task of filling the 3 welded joints to a super smooth finish,  we then applied 6 coats of Mipa filler primer blocking back between each coat to smooth out the whole staircase, we then applied 4 coats of Lechler Champagne pearl base coat then topped with a 80% gloss lacquer.

Door and window frame

Profinish where given the task of respraying a new door and window that was supplied in primer from the manufacture, we masked the glass and hinges and sprayed it with Lechler 2k white using the HVLP system.
